Amazon FBA prep questions
How fast do you prep FBA shipments?
Our turnaround for FBA prep is 24 to 48 hours after your inventory is received and we have your instructions.
Do I need to create the shipment in Seller Central?
Yes. You create the shipment in your Amazon account. We send you the box contents, dimensions and weights, and you send us the shipping labels. We then pack, label and ship.
Is storage included while my inventory is prepped?
The first 3 days of storage are free for FBA and WFS inventory. After that, storage is billed by volume. See our warehouse storage page.
What label formats do you need?
FNSKU labels in 30-up format and shipping labels as 4x6 thermal labels.
Do you ship small parcel and LTL?
Both. Outgoing small parcel (SPD) is free with a prep service, and we build LTL pallets for $30 each.
